If you want to visit a picturesque, upscale retail and restaurant district, you’ve got to head down Swann Avenue in South Tampa and into Hyde Park.

You’ll find a variety of retail shops. They have some of the bigger retail chains, including Lululemon, Pottery Barn, and Tommy Bahama, but you must also check out their one-of-a-kind unique, local boutiques.

The dining is the best you’ll find in the entire Bay area. Forbicci offers delicious Italian cuisine. Meat Market is a steakhouse with a major vibe. And the Wine Exchange is great for lunch, dinner or brunch. Enjoy indoor or outdoor seating.

Hyde Park has a health and wellness vibe, too. Enjoy a Soul Cycle class and grab a healthy smoothie after.

The shops can be a bit pricey because they sell some high-end goods, but parking is always free in one of the two convenient garages.

You can check out the store directory and explore more here.
